PRESENTLY, the Law is not explained ADEQUATELY within the ASSEMBLY, which is why myriads don’t believe they REALLY have to adhere. True, not all 613 mitzvot apply today. Still, that’s no reason to DISRESPECT it…to NEGLECT it wholly.
